As the core equipment of mobile crushing station and semi-mobile crushing station in semi-continuous mining process system of large open pit mine, it is widely used in mining industry. When mineral sizers are in use, it is necessary to adjust the spacing between the two tooth rollers according to the damaged materials and the process requirements. If mineral sizers with established technology adjust the spacing between the two tooth rollers, it is necessary to untie the coupling between the tooth roller device and the reducer, and then change the spacing between the two tooth rollers. Then adjust the position of the two gear roller driving devices, and finally need to align the output shaft of the reducer and the extension shaft of the gear roller device. The existing mineral sizers are not convenient to quickly adjust the spacing between the two toothed rollers. As a result, the refuelling process takes a long time when the materials of different sizes are processed, which is not convenient to meet the user's demand for shortening the processing time.
The purpose of our design is to solve the problem that mineral sizers in the prior art are not convenient to quickly adjust the spacing between two tooth rolls, which leads to a longer refuelling time when processing materials of different sizes. To achieve the above purpose, a mineral sizers which rapidly adjust the spacing of tooth rolls comprises a crushing box, both sides of which are fixed connected with a T-shaped support frame, a waist shaped movable hole is provided on the wall of the crushing box opposite the movable hole, and a screw is connected through two first bearings rotating together on the hole wall opposite the movable hole. The screw rod wall is provided with a thread in the opposite direction, the movable hole is symmetrically connected with a movable seat, the movable seat is provided with a threaded hole, the two movable seats in the same movable hole are symmetrically threaded connected on the corresponding screw, the two movable seats are jointly rotated between the tooth roller, the two movable seats on the same side wall are installed with a motor, The output end of the motor is connected with one end of the tooth roller through a coupling, and the two ends of the screw in the same direction pass through the corresponding first bearing and extend outward, and the rod wall is fixed sleeve connected with the sprocket, the two sprockets are connected through the chain drive, one end of the screw is fixed connected with a rotating handle. Both sides of the crushing box are fixed connected with a scale, the bottom of the movable seat is fixed connected with a standard frame, the bottom of the standard frame is fixed connected with a standard needle. Preferably, the bottom of the crushing box is fixedly connected with an outlet hopper, and the upper end of the crushing box is fixedly connected with a feed hopper.
A protective cover is fixed on the outer box wall of the crushing box. The protective cover is arranged outside the two sprockets, and the screw is rotatively connected with the wall of the crushing box through the second bearing. A reinforcing rib is fixed between the standard frame and the movable seat, and the cross-section of the reinforcing rib is a right triangle. A reinforcing rod is fixed between the support frame and the discharge hopper. Compared with the prior art, the model provides a mineral sizers that can quickly adjust the spacing of the tooth rolls.
