Roller Screens

The roller screen is a screen surface composed of many rollers arranged in parallel and staggered with screen sheet on it. The rollers are driven by sprockets or toothed rollers to rotate, and the direction of rotation is the same as the direction of material flow. Since the screen shafts are arranged according to different working angles, the speed of the material is faster when the working angle is higher; the speed is gentler when the material is running at a lower working angle. The materials running at two different speeds start to move axially when they meet at a certain position on the screen surface, so that the materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface, and the purpose of improving the screening efficiency is achieved. Roller screens are widely used in coal, mining, metallurgy, building materials, sand aggregate and other industries.
