The detection and protection device of the conveyor line of the belt conveyor includes a conveyor belt anti-deviation device, a conveyor belt longitudinal tear protection device, a conveyor belt slip detection device and a pull wire protection device like Belt Sway Switch, Belt Misalignment Switches, Belt Drift Switch, etc. The longitudinal tear protection device is used to detect the conveyor belt itself. When there is a sharp object in the feeding of the conveyor, it will automatically alarm and stop feeding when the conveyor belt is torn from the middle. The deviation switch is a protection device used to detect the deviation and twist of the conveyor belt, which can prevent the edge damage and material spillage caused by the deviation of the conveyor belt, and realize automatic alarm and shutdown. When there is a slight deviation, an alarm signal is issued, and when the deviation is serious, the delay action, alarm, and automatic shutdown are performed. The deviation switch is generally installed in the belt conveyor and the head, tail, middle and the remaining detection points. The slip monitoring device is used to monitor the linear speed difference between the shaft feeding belt and the transmission roller and the conveyor belt, and can send out an alarm signal to realize the automatic tensioning and normal shutdown of the conveyor belt. The overspeed detection device is used for the down-transportation or down-transportation of the conveyor. When the conveyor belt speed reaches 115%-125% of the specified belt speed, it will alarm and stop in an emergency.
