The high strength dozer die forging chain with large pitch is used as the traction part. The combined sprocket is adopted, the material of driving sprocket wheel is cast iron or steel, and the rim is made of high wear-resistant hardened steel into a replaceable tooth structure. The gearless rim of the tensioning sprocket is combined and replaceable. This can reduce a lot of maintenance, reduce maintenance costs. In addition, the replaceable gearless edge can ensure the correct and constant contact between the chain and the sprocket to prevent the tooth surface from gluing. Back-up roll wheel is external type, separated from traction roller, has the following advantages:

The lubrication of the roller and the head and tail bearing seat adopts the centralized oil supply mode to ensure the timing and comprehensive lubrication. The hydraulic coupler is installed between the drive motor and the reducer to ensure the smooth start of the plate feeder and overload protection. The chain drive between the reducer and the main shaft has the buffering effect, but also makes the transmission ratio stable, can transfer high power, adjustable center distance, easy to arrange and install.
