There are two reasons. The first reason is that the uneven thickness of the roller tube will produce a larger centrifugal force and the other reason is that There is an error between the center of the bearing hole and the roller, resulting in an increase in centrifugal force.
2. Coupled Noise
The high speed coupling side and the reducer coupling side of the transmission mechanism have eccentricity generating abnormal sound. At the same time, the generator vibrates periodically.
Handling Method: It is necessary to adjust the position of motor and reducer in time to avoid wire drawing fracture.
3. Pulley Bearing Noise
Generally, bend pulley and driven pulley operate with little noise. If it is due to the noise caused by bearing damage, the bearing seat will produce abnormal noise.
Measures: bearing replacement
Because when the supplier welds the belt pulley, some iron filings, welding slag, or other impurities will fall into the belt pulley, this noise will not affect the work of the conveyor.

5. Reducer Noise
That's because the gear in the reducer lacks lubricating oil.
Handling Method：Please add oil in time. If the problem cannot be solved after lubricating oil is added, there are problems in the design of the reducer. Please contact the supplier for maintenance or replacement.
