Mineral sizer crusher is a new type of crusher introduced by the company in the late eightiaes. The main working parts of mineral sizer crusher are two parallel mounted tooth mixing, each tooth roller is arranged along the axial direction with a certain number of tooth rings, each tooth ring is distributed with a number of large roller teeth. A crushing rod is arranged in the middle of the lower part of the two rollers. The crushing process is divided into three stages: in the first stage, the material is initially crushed and bitten by the main impact shear crushing; in the second stage, the "principle of volume compression" is used for crushing, mainly by shear, bending and partial extrusion; in the third stage, the crushing rod is crushed, and the crushing mechanism is similar to that in the second stage.

So how to determine the production capacity is very important. In the traditional production capacity calculation formula of roll crusher, it is generally assumed that the material passes through the gap between two rolls at the same speed. The main difference between mineral sizer crusher and traditional roll crusher in structure is that the teeth of mineral sizer crusher are high and large, which directly affects the speed of materials passing through the two-roll gap and the ability of feeding and discharging, and the gap between rollers is much larger than that between ordinary roll breakers. Therefore, it cannot be simply considered that the speed of material passing between two rolls in mineral sizer crusher is the same.

In this paper, a method for calculating the production capacity of mineral sizer crusher is proposed. Its basic idea is that the production capacity of crusher is equal to the total volume of the material between two rollers minus the volume of all the roller teeth in the unit time when the roller teeth are regarded as material. By analyzing the crushing process and characteristics of crushing force of mineral sizer crusher, it can be seen that this crusher has outstanding advantages over traditional crusher. According to the structural characteristics of this crusher, the production capacity calculation formula derived by the difference method is used. It was proved by mineral sizer crusher to be feasible and practical.
