At the same time, the axial movement, high speed, high acceleration, high temperature and other working conditions caused by thermal expansion are also very unsatisfactory. 2.2 Running state The shaker bearing is sealed in the end cap by grease. If the grease lubrication is not in place, it will lead to premature fatigue spalling of the bearing, or the bearing temperature will rise sharply, resulting in bearing lock, cage fracture or even rolling body and ring damage, which will lead to the damage of the whole shaker.

3 Common fault diagnosis and treatment methods: Fault diagnosis of the shaker bearing The fault diagnosis is based on the temperature and noise of the bearing and the shaker. In the production process can be more intuitive detection, and the formation of a machine a monitor ledger. Due to the differences in design, processing and assembly, the noise and temperature of the shaker are different. The main source of noise is the noise generated by gear transmission, bearing rotation and eccentric block rotation friction air. The high temperature mainly comes from insufficient lubrication, processing and assembly precision errors and the heat caused by wear and tear of various parts in the production process, and this process is usually continuous, rarely sudden noise and temperature rise. Once more than 10 decibels fluctuation or 10℃ temperature rise, must check the tightness of each transmission and lubricating oil, grease filling situation.
4 Daily maintenance methods: (1) Choose the right lubricating oil. The oil used for the coal banana screen shaker in our customer's coal washing plant is Shell 220# heavy duty gear oil, which is a high quality extreme pressure lubricating oil designed for lubricating heavy duty industrial gears. The higher the ambient temperature is, the higher the oil viscosity is. After the oil change, after the operation of 8 mountain equipment, when the temperature is stable, the dipstick should be pulled out to replenish the oil as needed. (2) Add lubricating oil in appropriate amount. The amount of oil in the shaker depends on the Angle at which the shaker is installed. Too much oil will make the shaker easy to leak oil, gear oil damping increases, thus increasing the bearing temperature; The oil amount of the shaker is too little, so that the bearing lubrication is insufficient, and the bearing temperature rises. (3) Reasonable lubrication maintenance. Oil changes are required for the first 50h run or every 500h run thereafter. Adhere to each production class to check the oil quality and oil quantity, and then combined with the cleanliness of the vibrator operation, working temperature, continuous working time and other conditions, to determine the best oil change maintenance time. The oil change process should be carried out immediately after stopping operation to avoid the precipitation of impurities in the old oil.
