For the case of large capacity and large bin pressure, due to the large bin pressure pressed on the vibration feeder, the amplitude will be reduced due to the large bin pressure, resulting in insufficient feed affecting the crusher output

In recent years, there have been many large sand and stone production lines in China. 1) Apron feeder can withstand huge warehouse pressure

Due to its special design, the apron feeder can not only withstand the pressure of the bunker, but also withstand the impact of the material.

2) Apron feeder can achieve uniform feeding

The output of the crusher is directly related to the feeding method, if the incoming material is unstable, the material in the crushing chamber will be more and less, which greatly reduces the crushing output. The apron feeder moves forward at a constant speed after the speed is set, and there is no feeding instability.

3) Apron feeder layer height can be adjusted

The apron feeder is placed under the bin, and the height of the material layer outlet can be adjusted to ensure that the height of the material layer on the apron feeder is within the set range.

 

4)Apron feeder implements frequency conversion speed control

When the crusher breaks different materials, the output will fluctuate, which requires the apron feeder to adapt to the fluctuation of the crusher output. It is necessary to adjust the running speed of apron feeder. By installing frequency converter in the control box, the speed control of the board feeder is realized.

5 Different crushers need to support the corresponding apron feeder

Different models of crushers have different output and different feed particle sizes. The supporting heavy duty apron feeder also needs the correct selection, if the crusher is compared to the mouth to eat, then the apron feeder is compared to the bowl, how big the mouth is with how big the bowl. Here's an example: A PE900*1200 jaw crusher, if it is matched with GBZ2000 wide plate feeder, because the width of the jaw inlet is 1200mm, and the width of the feeder groove plate is 2000mm, in this case, due to the selection of the plate feeder is too large, it will lead to the plate feeder conveying speed is too low, the material layer height is too low, Can not give full play to the performance of the board feeder, but also lead to increased investment costs.
