Heavy duty apron feeder operation by the rotation motor through the coupling and reducer to drive the main shaft rotate,and through the sprocket on the main shaft mesh with the chain,drive the pan on the chain make linear movement to achieve the purpose of feeding the material on the pan to the main feeder.a backstop is installed in the reducer of the drive device to prevent the machine from reversing when it stops.the feeding speed of this machine is adjustable,and the feeding speed is adjusted by the frequency conversion speed regulating device.
From the structure of heavy duty apron feeder,its drive device,main shaft device,tension device,pan device,supporting roller and so on is the key point of maintenance and repair.Take the heave duty apron feeder of B1500-9000 as an example,the focus is to replace the apron feeder wear serious chain and pan device and support roller and sprocket.
1. Driving device and main shaft device dismantling:
First disassemble the driving device,cross and evenly loosen the bolts on the locking disk connecting the driving device and the main shaft device,remove the driving device,then disassemble the main shaft device bearing seat,such as the cover,spacer,retainer ring and other parts,and then install the disassembly washer and the disassembly nut,through screwing the withdrawal bolt on the removal nut,and remove the rolling bearing by screwing the disassembly bolt on the disassembly nut to displace the conical bushing.
2. Main shaft device sprocket,support roller dismantling:
Cross and evenly loosen the fastening screws on the expansion sleeve in the sprocket and supporting roller,to remove the sprocket and support roller,without completely removing the screws on the expansion sleeve.
3. Loosen the nut on the tail tension device with knocking the fixed wrench D137-11 and keep the support roller on both sides moving forward to the minimum position of the tension device stroke at the same time to loosen the whole chain and pan.
4. Carefully find the movable joint of the chain rail(markings are left at the time of installation),knock by hand to take out the link pin of chain rail and chain link,divide the chan plate into several sections,and lift it down with the crane.
5. Replace the damaged support roller and sprocket and their support,and keep the parallelism between the center line of the support roller in transverse and horizontal plane of the frame to 1/1000mm of the width of the chain plate.
6. Connect all the new chain plates into several sections, pad the chain plate device with steel plate under the frame of the apron feeder,keep the height of the side plate of the chain plate consistent with the height of the sprocket,lift one end of the chain plate,make the chain plate slide from one end to the other end,when it moves to a certain distance,it can be connected to the other end of the chain plate.
7. Install the main shaft device ensuring that the tightening torque of each screw on the sprocket expansion sleeve is 580N.m.
8. Tighten the connection bolts of the chain rail and chain plate again.
9. Install drive device and torque bar in the correct position according to heavy duty apron feeder.
10. Tighten the locking disk and assemble the support roller.
