1. 2. Chain plate device

2.1) Traction chain rail. The traction chain rail adopts Caterpillar Caterpillar track chain with 260mm pitch. It has the advantages of small pitch error, high strength and not easy to deform. And in the service period without lubrication, convenient daily operation and maintenance.

2.2) support roller. the supporting roller of the heavy type apron feeder is made of caterpillar d9 bulldozer supporting roller, which is mainly composed of a high strength and wear resistant shaft, a matching bearing seat and a high strength roller. the support roll spacing is 457mm, and it is closely arranged along the feeding length direction to ensure the smooth operation of the conveyor plate. support roller bearings can withstand large impact loads, double seal and full lubrication can reduce wear and prolong service life.

2.3) Bottom roller. The bottom roller of the apron feeder in coal handling plant is a special steel roller with a shaft sleeve, which is used to support the chain plate return. The spacing is 914mm.

The bottom roller is mounted on a short shaft which is bolted to the bottom plover. All components can be easily removed from the hole in the middle of the support beam.
