2. Install the driving device:
When installing the driving device, pay attention to the belt conveyor's drive shaft and the belt conveyor's center line vertical, so that the width of the driving drum and conveyor's center line coincide, the axis of the reducer and the transmission axis parallel.
At the same time, all shafts and rollers should be levelled. The horizontal error of the shaft is allowed in the range of 0.5~1.5mm according to the width and narrowness of the conveyor.
When installing the driving device, the tail wheel and other tensioning devices can be installed. The roller axis of the tensioning device should be perpendicular to the center line of the belt conveyor.
3. Roller installation:
After the frame, transmission device and tensioning device are installed, the roller frames of upper and lower rollers can be installed to make the conveyor belt have a slowly changing arc. The spacing of roller frames in the bending section is 1/2 ~ 1/3 of the normal spacing of roller frames. After the roller installation, it should be flexible and light rotation.

Installation and fixing method:
1) The frame used as a fixed conveyor hood is connecting angle steel or z-type steel, whose length is equal to the length of the conveyor hood device. Weld the connecting angle or z-type steel to the channel or small angle steel on both sides of the transport frame.
2) If it is necessary to install the supporting angle, weld the supporting angle to both sides of the frame first, and then weld the connecting angle or z-type steel to the supporting angle.
3) In the belt conveyor covers of the four ways, the fixed cover and the open and closed cover are made of fiberglass steel. Usually, there are 9 fixed covers and 1 open and closed cover in every 10 cover positions, and the two covers can also be replaced.
4) When the device is installed, press the closed cover on the left and right two adjacent fixed covers, and the coincidence length is one wave distance or two wave distances. Note that the hinged side of the open and closed housing is placed on the non-passable side of the conveyer, while the side with the lock is placed on the passable side of the conveyer.
5) the belt conveyor covers are fixed on the connecting angle steel or z-type steel with self-tapping nails, and there are many 4 fixing points for each piece.
6) the folding point cover is only used at the folding point of the convex arc of the conveyor, and the deviation switch cover is designed to cover the deviation switch. Both are mounted on stationary covers.
