Maintenance of Banana Screen.
1、The banana screen should only be serviced or cleaned after disconnecting the drive unit and feed system of the banana screen.
2、To follow the daily routine inspection of the dewatering screen and the major inspection of the system every 200 hours of operation, the tensioning condition of the V-belt and the belt intactness should be checked. This will result in lower maintenance costs, reduced production losses and increased operating efficiency of the dewatering screen.
3、The dewatering screen operate in very heavy conditions, with more than a million stress cycles everyday, and the materials are often processed in an abrasive and corrosive.
4、Banana screen vibration exciter every 200 hours of operation, must check its oil level, every 1000 hours of operation, must replace the oil.
5、The tightness of all screws must be checked every 1000 hours of operation of the dewatering screen. For some layer plate structure, more frequent inspections are required and the user should perform such more frequent inspections until an suitable periodic inspection schedule is established.
6、In general,screws and self-locking nuts can only uses one time, the used and discarded fasten firmware not be used again.
7、Screws into the threaded holes must take advantage of "Loctite" 242 to enhance the tightness of the threaded connection.
8、The banana screen structure and all connected operational parts (such as： springs, drive shafts, etc.) must be able to operate properly and no part of the vibrating screen should impact fixed parts (such as： chutes, platforms) nor should it work in a state of assembled feeding.
9、Check the screen plate of banana screen frequently and clean the sticky material in time, repair or replace the worn parts before the breakdown occurs, in order to prevent damage to other parts or lower equipment.
10、Replace damaged springs promptly. Except for mishandling or buildup of material in the spring coils, springs have a long service life under normal conditions, and failure of one spring can indicate that the entire set is nearing the end of its service life.
11、Dipstick should be between 160-170 and not more.
