1.Mineral sizer structure.
Mineral sizer is mainly composed of rollers, roller support bearings, compression adjusting device and driving mechanism. The driving mechanism consists of two motors, which drive the pulley by triangle belt and drag the roller, reversing the rotation. When crushing the material, the material passes through the roller from the inlet and is crushed by rolling, and the crushed finished product is discharged from the bottom of the chassis.
2. improvements and optimizations of mineral sizer.
A. The power input shaft of the mineral sizer is connected to the power source transmission through the gear coupling,hydraulic coupling and hard tooth surface reducer; the hydraulic coupling and the gear coupling are respectively installed in the protective cover on the outdoor base of the crusher.
B. The two ends of the roller shaft of the mineral sizer structure protrude from the crushing chamber and are connected to the rolling bearings installed in the bearing housing of the base.
C. The improved mineral sizer can prevent the crushed material in the crushing chamber from entering the support bearing cavity under the premise of inheriting strong crushing force, which greatly reduces the maintenance and operation cost and improves the working reliability of the mineral sizer.
The mineral sizer is equipped with a wedge or shim adjusting device between the two rollers, and the top of the wedge device is equipped with an adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt pulls up the wedge, the wedge pushes the movable rollers away from the fixed wheel, i.e. the gap between the two rollers becomes larger and the size of the discharge material becomes larger. When the wedge drops, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller, and the size of the discharge material becomes smaller.
The crushing roller of the mineral sizer is easy to wear, and the cost of maintenance and replacement in production is very high.
