(2) Gear material forgings 40Cr, machining the cylindrical end face on the lathe, machining the tooth groove on the gear shaper machine, forming the shaper spline on the milling machine, finishing the processing after heat treatment; Life span 5 years.
(3) Shaft material forgings 42CrMo, machining cylindrical end faces on lathe, machining keyway on CNC gantry milling machine, finishing after processing heat treatment: life of 5-10 years.
(4) Mineral sizers box bearing seat should be cast in one piece, the bearing seat material is ZG310-570, machining by advanced CNC boring machine, the finishing process must be once clamping boring, to ensure processing accuracy, to ensure the transmission part and the box parallel, concentricity running smoothly.
(5) Mineral sizers frame material Q345, cutting with laser cutting machine, special scanning cutting, automatic edge finding, common edge cutting, breakpoint return, servo air control, back function, cutting accuracy up to 0.55mm slit narrow 0.15mm, cutting section without burrs, flexible adjustment of focus scale by setting parameters. There is no manual focusing error to ensure equipment accuracy. Built-in double water-cooling structure, keep collimation and focusing components constant temperature, prevent material changes, ensure safety and stability.
