(1)The screen surface is polygonal-shape, the angle from the inlet end to the outlet end gradually decreases, the screen surface is divided into five sections according to the different angles, each two rows of screen plate is an slope surface, from the inlet end to the outlet end in turn, the difference is 5.5°, respectively 25°, 19.5°, 14°, 8.5° and 3°. (2) The screen plate is made of polyurethane and stainless steel screen strip, and the screen plate is surrounded by polyurethane material, which has good wear resistance and low noise. (3) The installation structure of the screen plate is simple. There is no bolt connection between the screen plate and the screen plate, and the screen plate is not easy to be loosened by the plasticity of the polyurethane material, which reduces the occurrence of accidents. There is a protective cover between the screen plate rail seat and the support beam, so that the bolts under the rail seat will not be corroded and worn by coal and water.

(4)The vibration exciter adopts the whole box type vibration exciter. The vibration exciter is installed in the upper beam of the screen box, the box is equipped with the active shaft and driven shaft, the shaft has a pair of eccentric blocks of the same weight, through the gears of the two shafts to do rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, so that the eccentric block rotation, centrifugal force to form the excitation force. The vibration exciter adopts the whole box type vibration exciter. (5)Simple drive system: the transmission system consists of a 45 Kw motor, through three V-belt drive to the universal connection shaft, universal connection shaft by connecting the wheel and the exciter, so that the vibration of the vibrating screen caused by the connection length and axis angle changes.

(6) The protective cover strip on both sides of the screen surface is fastened, and the structure is simple and firmly connected. The two contact surfaces of the protective cover strips on both sides of the screen surface are beveled, with large contact area, and the pressure plate on top is not easy to be loosened.
