In May 2025, we reached an important cooperation with a well-known Bulgarian trading company and successfully signed an order for 6 units of the 2PLF-1300/300 Mineral Sizers. These equipment will be applied in the mining and processing field of ores in Bulgaria, specifically meeting the crushing operation requirements of local gold mines, copper mines, and other mineral resources.
This type of Mineral Sizers has a processing capacity of 2000m³/h, an inlet size of ≤1400mm, and an outlet size of ≤300mm. It perfectly aligns with the industry trend of green and intelligent transformation in the Bulgarian mining sector. Currently, the equipment processing and manufacturing have achieved phased results. The base processes such as the base and the Frame have been completed, the shaft processing and the Teeth Assembly have entered the fine processing stage, and the overall progress exceeds 60%.
Core Processing Procedure
● Shaft Processing
The shaft body, as the core transmission component of the Mineral Sizers, has a processing accuracy that directly affects the operating efficiency of the equipment. This processing uses high-strength alloy steel raw materials. It first undergoes forging and annealing, and then is completed with rough machining by a CNC lathe. Currently, it has entered the fine machining stage of the lathe.
Quenching treatment can effectively enhance the hardness of the shaft body, enabling it to withstand the high-intensity impact of mineral crushing. In terms of precision control, the roundness error of the shaft body is strictly controlled within 0.02mm, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment at a high processing capacity of 2000m³/h.
● Teeth Assembly
The Teeth Assembly is a key component for achieving mineral crushing. Considering the hardness characteristics of Bulgarian minerals, we have carried out customized optimization design for the gear tips. The gear tips are made of hard alloy material and possess extremely strong wear resistance.
At present, the welding and assembly work of the gear tips for 2 pieces of equipment has been completed. After testing, the Teeth Assembly of a single piece of equipment can achieve efficient crushing and grinding of feed mineral with a size of ≤1300mm, fully meeting the production needs of Bulgarian customers.
● Base And Frame
The base is manufactured using a complete welding process. So far, welding and flaw detection have been completed for 2 pieces of equipment. The complete welding process enables the base to have excellent shock resistance and deformation prevention capabilities, and it can adapt to the complex working conditions of the mines.
The processing of the Frame is carried out by combining a CNC boring machine for precise hole drilling, ensuring the assembly accuracy with the crushing beam. Currently, both 2 Framees have completed the pre-treatment before coating, preparing for the subsequent anti-corrosion coating.
● Crushing Beam
The Crushing Beam is forged from high manganese steel. This material possesses excellent shock resistance and wear resistance. Currently, the crushing beam has completed the rough processing and heat treatment procedures. Subsequently, it will undergo linkage debugging with the toothed roller to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the crushing operation.
Quality Control
To ensure the quality of these equipment for export to Bulgaria, we have established a three-level quality inspection system throughout the entire manufacturing process. From the entry of raw materials to the completion of each process, key parameters such as the dimensions of input/output and processing volume will be recorded and archived in real time, enabling traceability of the quality.
At the same time, we have introduced finite element analysis technology to conduct structural strength simulation tests on the base, Frame, and other load-bearing components. By simulating the complex working conditions of Bulgarian mines, we verify the structural stability of the components to ensure that the equipment can operate stably for a long time after being put into use.

Steadily Advance
According to the processing and manufacturing plan, the first batch of equipment is expected to complete all core process assembly by December and simultaneously conduct no-load and load tests of the complete machine. After the tests are passed, the equipment will be shipped by sea to Bulgaria.
