The adjustment of belt tensioning is a very important part of the deviation adjustment of the port belt conveyor. The two reversing rollers on the upper part of the weight tensioning should be perpendicular to the gravity perpendicular in addition to the belt length direction, that is, to ensure that the centerline of the shaft is horizontal. When using spiral tensioning or hydraulic cylinder tensioning, the two bearing seats of the tensioning drum should be shifted simultaneously to ensure that the axis of the drum is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt. The specific belt deviation adjustment method is similar to that of the roller.
Conveying materials can range from fine powders to large pieces of ore, stone, coal, or pulpwood, as well as conveying finely screened or small droplets of fragile materials. Because of the high corrosion resistance of rubber conveyor belts, the maintenance cost is relatively low when transporting materials with strong corrosion or wear. Belt conveyors can also transport a certain temperature of alkaline materials and hot materials, can also transport items into blocks.
The conveying capacity of the belt conveyor can meet the required conveying task. Before the installation of the automatic deviation correction device of the belt machine, carefully find out the position of belt deviation, single and double back deviation device is installed in front of the deviation position; The trough type deviation adjusting device is installed on the deviation point.
The correct installation of the "positive" deviation adjustment device can control the belt running deviation of 20-50 meters.
In order to ensure good tension, the height of the installation of the adjustment roller is higher than the surrounding pulley, the belt can fully contact the plane of the roller, the maximum play of deviation correction.
If the tension is insufficient, the idler cannot drag the belt to the middle of the idler. Insufficient tension will also aggravate the wear of the roller rubber.
Only by increasing tension can the belt return to the middle of the idler. If there is a "V" in front of the "positive" idler after the deviation position is found, the "positive" SLR and double reverse deviation adjustment devices shall be installed in the position 3 times ahead of the deviation point; The trough type deviation adjusting device is installed on the deviation point.
The original parallel roller frame or "V" shaped roller is removed and replaced with "positive" roller support.
Ensure that the left and right supports are perpendicular to the belt centerline. Put on the "positive" roller, adjust the milling flat surface perpendicular to the belt centerline.
