Confirm the content of belt conveyor system before debugging：

1. The belt conveyor system basic strength, coordinates, elevations, geometric dimensions and position of anchor bolt holes of the equipment must meet the design requirements and specifications. Inspection method: check the process handover data and check the drawing.

2. Anchor bolts should be installed in accordance with the following requirements: bolts should be vertically fixed reliably, nuts should be tightened, the force should be uniform, and the length of exposed thread of bolts should not be less than 1.5 times of pitch.

3. The belt conveyor system specification and position of the pad should be correct, smooth placement, close contact, and firm positioning welding between the pad layers.

4. The appearance of the equipment is intact and the paint is intact.

5. All fasteners shall be securely fastened: the connecting bolts shall meet the following requirements: Nuts and washers shall be fully configured according to the design, and be tightened evenly. The exposed thread of bolts shall be 2-3 wires.

6. The grade and quantity of grease added in each lubrication point and reducer shall conform to the provisions of the equipment technical documents. If there is no clear provision, the oil level in reducer shall be at the position of 113-2/3 of the oil window.

7. Safety protection facilities of rotating equipment such as head wheel, tail wheel, belt wheel, coupling, counterweight roller, tensioning roller and both sides of belt machine are in place, and there should be no obstacles affecting the test run along the conveyor line and channel of belt machine.

8. Check that the coupling between the motor and the reducer meets the requirements.

9. The belt joint strength meets the test run strength requirements.

10.Check whether the equipment grounding cable is fixed securely, whether the sectional area of the grounding cable meets the requirements of the specification, whether the grounding of the control cabinet is effective, and use a shaking meter to check whether the grounding resistance is greater than 4 ohms:
