From the material entering the receiving bin to the crushing reaching the standard and being discharged, the entire process is completed on the same horizontal plane, forming a compact, efficient, and smooth production line, fundamentally replacing the complex system composed of multiple independent devices (such as feeders, screening machines, and crushers) connected in series in the traditional way.

     

    02/ Pre-screening And Selective Crushing

    The coal mine feeder breaker is equipped with a standard or optional dynamic-pre-screening and static-pre-screening system (Dynamic Pre-Screening And Static Pre-Screening). This design enables the pre-sieving of materials that have reached the specified particle size before they enter the crushing zone. Such materials can bypass the crushing area directly, and only the oversized chunks will be crushed. This significantly reduces the ineffective work of the crusher, over-crushing phenomena, and wear on the vulnerable parts.

     

    03/ Horizontal Material Flow Design

    Unlike the traditional vertical crushing and discharging mode, we adopt a unique horizontal material flow crushing technology. The materials are crushed during the transportation process, avoiding the significant energy conversion and energy loss caused by vertical lifting and dropping of the materials. This design can significantly reduce the installed power of the main drive motor, achieving an energy-saving effect of up to 30% or more, and directly reducing the long-term operating electricity expenses for users.

     

    04/ Controllable Discharge Particle Size

    The center height of the crushing tooth roller can be quickly and precisely adjusted through the integrated hydraulic system. Users can flexibly and continuously adjust the final product particle size (usually within the range of 200-500mm) according to the downstream process requirements (such as washing and transportation particle size requirements). The operation is simple, the response is rapid, and it gives great flexibility to the production process.

     

    05/ Extremely Low Over-grinding Rate

    Thanks to the "screening first, crushing later" process and the efficient shearing and crushing principle, the coal mine feeder breaker can minimize the repeated and excessive crushing of the materials to the greatest extent.
