Coal Wobbler Feeder is a kind of screening equipment, which is widely used in coal mines, mines, power plants, waste plants and other occasions where materials need to be screened. The working principle of the Coal Wobbler Feeder is that the material is screened on the screen mesh by rotating the rollers driven by the motor. When the motor is started, the rollers begin to rotate and the material enters the screening area of the Coal Wobbler Feeder through the inlet. Under the rotating action of the rollers, the material is in relative motion with the screen mesh. Larger particles are blocked at the top of the screen mesh, while smaller particles pass through the screen mesh into the outlet below. Different sizes of screens are used to screen and classify materials of different sizes.
The working process of the Coal Wobbler Feeder can be divided into three stages: feeding, screening and discharging. In the feeding stage, the material enters the screening area from the inlet, and through the rotation of the rollers and the action of the screen mesh, the material starts to be screened. In the screening stage, the materials are in relative motion on the screen mesh, the larger particles of materials are blocked on the top of the screen mesh, while the smaller particles of materials through the screen mesh into the lower outlet. In the discharge stage, the screened materials are discharged from the discharge port, completing the whole screening process.

Q355D low alloy high strength structural steel is used to assemble and weld the main engine body. All screen shaft assemblies are fixed on the main engine body by connecting bolts. The side of the main body is equipped with wear-resistant lining plates, the thickness of these wear-resistant lining plates is not less than 25mm, and the material above ZGMn18Cr2 standard is selected. This design avoids direct contact between the material and the box, thus significantly improving the service life of the equipment. In addition, the wear-resistant lining plate and the box body are connected by bolts, which is convenient to replace.
