Trommel Screen Waste Separation, also known as a rotary screen, is a mechanical screening machine used primarily in the mining and solid-waste processing sectors to separate materials. It is made out of a perforated cylindrical drum that is raised at an angle at the feed end. Physical size separation occurs as the feed material spirals down the spinning drum, with the undersized material passing through the screen apertures and the bigger material exiting at the other end of the drum.
Trommel Screen Waste Separation is the sieve drum which consists of several cylindric screens, this part is tilted to the ground and covered by a dust-preventing hood. Raw materials are sieved from top to bottom of the sieve drum which is driven by motor and reducer to produce a constant speed, the fine material is discharged from the front section and the coarse material from the rear end. The comb shape cleaning device is optional, which could realize the effect of uninterrupted cleaning by the relative motion of the comb tooth and sieve drum, this device could keep the sieve drum always clean, clear and running efficiently throughout the whole operation. According to requirements of sieving, there are 4 sections of the screen from fine to rough, the raw materials are sieved from the previous screen to next screen and discharged to the matched outlet.
