After the mineral sizers are put into use, in order to ensure safe operation and give full play to its best performance, it must be regularly maintained as required and a system should be formed.
1.Mineral sizers must be started under no load.
2.Check the connection of the toothed disc every day. No looseness or loss is allowed during work. Check the bearing temperature regularly. It is not allowed to work above 120 C. When the temperature is above 80°C, the bearing and other parts should be repaired.
3.Check the wear degree of the toothed disc once a day. When it is seriously worn, it should be replaced in a complete set to ensure the running balance of the broken toothed roller shaft.
4.Regularly check the oil temperature, oil level and oil pollution of the reducer. The working oil temperature of the reducer should be lower than 90℃. C, when it is found that the oil temperature is too high, the oil level is too low and the oil quality is seriously polluted, it should be repaired, oiled or oiled in time.
5.Inject fluid into the hydraulic coupling in time and replace the fusible plug.
6.Regularly check the insulation and connection of terminals, and replace the cable when it is damaged; When the connector is loose, it must be tightened again.
7.Avoid foreign bodies from entering the mineral sizers.
8.All operations and inspections shall comply with the requirements of safety regulations issued by Coal Safety Administration.
A. Check each shift.
1) Check whether the crushing shaft group runs normally and the wear degree of the crushing teeth.
2) Check whether the motor and belt drive are running normally.
3) Check the reducer for oil leakage, abnormal sound and vibration, the oil temperature in the box shall not exceed 90°C, and the oil level is insufficient.
4) Eliminate sundries on the reducer and connecting cover to facilitate heat dissipation.
5) Check all hydraulic hoses and water pipes for damage and leakage.
6) Check whether all cables are reliable, worn or damaged.
7) Check the mineral sizer for obvious faults or problems.
B. Daily inspection
1) Repeat the inspection items of each shift.
2) Check whether the connecting bolts of the transmission part are fixed reliably.
3) Make sure there is no material accumulation.
C. Weekly check
1) Repeat the daily check items.
2) Check whether the transmission part is safe, reliable and damaged; Check all fasteners, tighten loose ones and replace damaged ones.
D. Monthly check
1) Repeat weekly check items.
E. Check every six months.
1) Drain all reducer oil, clean the inside and replace it with new oil.
2) At any time, the reducer and the crushing shaft group cannot be disassembled and repaired underground. In case of emergency, protective measures such as dustproof and foreign body prevention must be taken to ensure safe use.
F. Check every working face.
1) Check the mineral sizers for damage and wear.
2) Check whether the reducer needs to be overhauled.
3) Check whether the motor needs to be overhauled.
4) Check whether the crushing teeth have enough life to complete the new surface crushing.
