Design And Experiment Of Two-Stage Segmented Compost Trommel Screen Device

Aiming at the problems of high clutter and high loss rate in the sorting process, a separation device was designed based on the mechanical and physical characteristics of the black sand. The device mainly consists of a two-stage Compost Trommel Screen, sprocket and motor. The orthogonal test of three factors and three levels was designed to analyze the influence of each factor on the screening performance of the black water sand with water content of 302%, with the drum speed, drum Angle and feeding amount as the test factors and the impurity and loss rate as the evaluation index. The results show that the order of the factors affecting the rate of impurities is the number of feeders, the rotation speed of the drum and the inclination Angle of the drum. The optimal parameter combination was obtained by using Design-Expert software analysis: the rotating speed of the drum was 30rmin', the inclination of the drum was 7°, the feeding amount was 1.6th', the predicted impurities rate was 1.109%, and the loss rate was 8.430%. Through the verification test, it is obtained that the impurity rate and loss rate under the parameter combination are 1.165% and 8.877%, and the optimization results are basically consistent with the verification results. The results can provide a reference for the design and operation parameter optimization of the black water Tabanopsis sand screening equipment.

With the rapid development of China's national economy, the process of urbanization is accelerating, the urban population is increasing, the number of kitchen waste is also growing rapidly, the per capita output is 0.10~0.30kg·d0. A large amount of kitchen waste not only affects the ecological environment, but also endangers human health, so the resource utilization of kitchen waste has become an urgent problem to be solved. At present, the main treatment technologies of kitchen waste are incineration, landfill, aerobic composting, anaerobic digestion, etc. These treatment methods have shortcomings, affecting the efficient utilization of kitchen waste. Studies have shown that compared with other wastes, kitchen waste contains water and organic matter, and has high oil content, and has high bioconversion value. Using black water fly larvae to biotransform kitchen waste can effectively reduce the accumulation and pollution of kitchen waste, and produce considerable biomass income and environmental benefits. Black fly larvae and organic fertilizer obtained after biological transformation of kitchen waste are collectively referred to as black fly insect sand. Black fly larvae can be made into high-protein feed and sold as a commodity like organic fertilizer.

 

 

The research and application of using black fly larvae to treat food and kitchen waste in China has gradually increased, and has shown a good application prospect. However, there are few researches on the mechanical equipment such as cloth, feeding, transportation and screening required in the breeding process of black fly larvae. Therefore, it is very important to design an efficient and stable separation device for the larval culture of the black Tabanus. The research shows that Compost Trommel Screen is widely used in the separation and cleaning of materials, which has the advantages of smooth transmission and simple structure. 4 designed a Compost Trommel Screen impurity separation system in order to remove impurities in solid forming materials of crop straw, and determined the optimal parameter combination of the device, which can provide data reference for the research of impurity reduction and impurity removal: designed a Compost Trommel Screen type waste mulch and impurities air separation device, through the orthogonal test to determine the optimal working parameter combination, improve the utilization rate of waste mulch: Li Xinping et al. designed a roller rolling cylinder sieve type grain cleaning device by analyzing the mechanical characteristics of the material in the cleaning process after the initial stripping of grain, which reduced the impurity content of the grain and the total loss rate of the cleaning device. Based on the existing pneumatic cylinder screen impurity separator, Peng Qiangji et al. improved the stability of the screening performance of the pneumatic cylinder screen impurity separator by adding a migration device and resetting the sieve hole arrangement of the cylinder screen. Wang Shengsheng et al. designed a harvesting, separation and cleaning device for Chinese cabbage seeds, studied the effects of cylinder screen speed, spiral speed and cross-flow fan speed on the cleaning performance of Chinese cabbage seeds, and determined the optimal parameter combination of the separation and cleaning device, which reduced the impurity content and loss rate of Chinese cabbage seeds and met the relevant requirements of the industry.

The physical and biological characteristics of the operating objects of the screening device are quite different from those of the black water fly and sand, so it is difficult to be applied to the separation of the black water fly and sand. Therefore, it is very important to design a kind of device suitable for the separation of black water Tabanus and insect sand for the resource treatment of kitchen waste. Aiming at the problem of difficult separation, we designed a two-stage segmental Compost Trommel Screen device. Compost Trommel Screen has the advantages of simple structure and smooth transmission. The two-stage Compost Trommel Screen has high screening efficiency and can effectively reduce the impurity and loss rate. The structure and parameters of the key components were determined, and the influence rules of each factor on the evaluation indexes were determined through single factor test and response surface test, and the optimal combination of working parameters was determined, in order to provide reference for the design and optimization of operation parameters of the black water fly sand screening equipment.
