The working principle of the trommel screener: Bulk material be fed into the screen drum, the material will rise or fall with the rotating screen drum. When the material falls, the material smaller than the screen hole will pass through the screen, while the material larger than the screen hole will continue to rotate on the screen surface and move to the outlet of the back screen drum. It can be installed 1~5 segments different specifications of screen mesh according to the screening requirements. Installing an enclosed cover entirely the screen drum, so that no material leakage, no dust pollution, improve working condition for operators as well.

Trommel Screener Adjustment

I. Preparation before debugging:

1. After the installation of all parts of the roller screen and the inspection, a test run can be carried out. Before the test run, it should be checked in detail that each component is installed correctly as shown in the drawing, each fastener is firm, and whether there are obstacles around the screen body that hinder the operation of the roller screen;

2. Put the rectangular access door in an open position, and rotate the sieve cylinder by manual turning to observe whether the comb-type sieve cleaning mechanism is stuck or frictions, if so, it can be adjusted by adjusting bolts;

3. Check each bearing seat, transmission should be well lubricated, the transmission oil level should be appropriate;

4. The power supply joint should be firm and reliable, with good insulation, correct grounding.

Ⅱ No-load test

1. Point the motor control button, check the motor steering should be consistent with the cage drum screen as shown;

2. Start the equipment for 4-6 hours and observe the operation of the roller screen. If abnormal sound or other phenomena are found, stop the machine in time to check, find out the cause, and troubleshoot.

The following items should be checked during the test run for 4-6 hours:

A. Large shaft bearing temperature: the high temperature shall not exceed 75℃ and the temperature rise shall not exceed 45℃.

B. Tighten bolts in all places if they are loose.
