2) Oil plug:
The oil drain hole is located at the bottom of the oil pool, and arranged on the side of the reducer that is not close to other parts, so as to release the oil. The oil drain hole is blocked by the screw plug, so the outer wall of the body at the oil hole should be raised, which is machined into the supporting surface of the screw plug head, and the oil ring is sealed.
3) Oil label:
The oil mark is in a place where the oil level and oil level stability of the reducer can be easily observed. The dipstick should not be placed too low to prevent oil from spilling into the dipstick seat hole.
4) Air vent:
When mineral sizer crusher is running, the temperature in the body increases and the air pressure increases. In order to facilitate the exhaust, ventilator is installed on the peephole at the top of the cover so as to achieve the pressure balance in the body. Taking into account the concentration and transportation of grain dust environment is more, the mesh ventilator is used.
