The motor reducer is connected with the drum device through a coupling, and the drum device is driven to rotate around its axis. When the materials enter the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface turn over and roll, so that the qualified materials are discharged through the screen on the cylindrical screen, and the unqualified materials are discharged through the end of the drum. Lubrication of compost trommel screen

1. Pay attention to and timely lubrication of all parts of the equipment. Ensure the normal operation of the machine, prolong the service life of the equipment.

2. The grease used in this machine is calcium based grease.

3. Before the machine leaves the factory, all parts to be lubricated are filled with grease. The user determines the lubrication cycle according to the specific working conditions. The body of the equipment is provided with two lubricating parts, on the bearing seat at the end of the head.

4.Equipment lubrication should be carried out after stopping, motor, reducer according to its instructions.

5. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the equipment during operation.

Maintenance of compost trommel screen 

1. The equipment shall be supervised and managed by special personnel; 

2. Maintenance and repair of equipment must be carried out after parking. It is strictly prohibited to maintain and repair the equipment while it is in operation;

3. Equipment management, maintenance personnel should often inspect the operation of the equipment, such as whether the fasteners are reliable, whether the rotation is flexible. After work must be cleaned of equipment clogging mechanism dirt.

4.The machine can be fed evenly after normal operation. Under normal operation, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 70 degrees Celsius. When the temperature exceeds the above temperature, the machine should stop immediately, find out the reason and troubleshoot in time. Before parking, stop feeding, and turn off the motor after the material in the sieve tube is completely discharged.
