Prevention and Treatment of Deviation of Apron Feeder

The main reason for deviation of apron feeder for sale is that the two sprockets on the head drive shaft are out of sync, and the reason for deviation is clear. The prevention and treatment method only needs to prescribe the right medicine, first of all, nip in the bud.

1.Calculate the shaft end diameter according to the torsional stiffness calculation formula, or take the allowable traction force as the main basis by analogy. For example, the allowable traction force of GBL1000 apron feeder for sale is about 50kN, its shaft end diameter is 110mm, and the allowable traction force of GBL1200 apron feeder is about 75kN, and its shaft end diameter is 130mm;; The apron feeder has only one main shaft, so it's better to choose a heavier one. Reliability is the most important thing.

2.The manufacturing process ensures that the two gear teeth are synchronized, and the two keyways of the main shaft are on the same cylindrical bus. At present, the main sprocket is made of steel plate CNC gas cutting gear teeth, welded with wheel load, inserted into the keyway after finishing the hole, and carefully marked with a template to ensure the accuracy.

3.Put the installed spindle components on the platform for inspection, and grind off the advanced gear teeth according to the running direction.

4.Weld retaining iron on both sides of the two bearing seats of the main shaft mounted on the headstock, and fix the two bearing seats firmly. This is a reference to the practice of a Japanese company, so that the bearing seat bolts are protected from shear, which is simpler and more reliable than locating pins. This method should also be used on the tailstock tensioning seat, and it will be fixed by welding the stop iron.

5. During the general installation, the apron feeder for sale should conform to the industry installation standards, and ensure that the spindle axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal centerline of the scales, and its symmetrical centerline coincides with the longitudinal centerline of the conveyor.

6.If the running scaler deviates, the reasons can be analyzed one by one according to the above discussion. After debugging, add welding block iron to fix it; If the deviation is not too serious, the deviation can be corrected by gravity, that is, the bearing seat biased to one side is properly raised and biased to the other side due to gravity. Practice has proved that this method is simple and effective, because the self-aligning bearing is generally used on the spindle, and the deviation of several degrees does not hinder the operation.
