The portable dirt conveyor is a convenient-to-use, highly efficient and highly mobile continuous conveying and loading/unloading equipment. It can be divided into two types: the lifting type and the non-lifting type. The operation of the conveyor belt is driven by electric rollers, and the lifting and operation of the entire machine are not motorized.
The portable dirt conveyor is mainly applicable to loading and unloading sites in construction sites, mines, factories, quarries, stations, docks, warehouses, coal mine sites, etc., where frequent exchanges occur. Our portable dirt conveyor achieves material transportation through the coordinated transmission of the belt and the rollers:

The motor-driven active pulley rotates, using friction to propel the conveyor belt in a continuous cyclical motion. When material falls onto the conveyor belt from the inlet, it moves forward with the belt until it reaches the outlet for unloading.

The equipment is equipped with bend pulleys to change the conveyor belt's direction of travel. Idler rollers support the conveyor belt and material throughout the entire process, reducing running resistance and ensuring stable belt tension. Simultaneously, adjustable hydraulic outriggers or a mechanical leveling system assist in adjusting the machine's angle. Combined with an adjustable conveyor tilt angle of 0°-20°, it can perform both horizontal conveying and material lifting at different heights.

Universal wheels (high-strength rubber tires/all-steel wheels) give the equipment mobility. After relocation, simple leveling is all that's needed to restart operations. The overall transmission system, combined with a compact integrated frame design, ensures continuous and stable material conveying even in mobile environments.

It adopts high-precision hard-faced gears, which have a high load-bearing capacity (2-3 times higher than soft-faced gears).
