Portable Inclined Belt Conveyor Working Principle

Our Portable Inclined Belt Conveyor achieves material transportation through the coordinated transmission of the belt and the rollers:

The motor-driven active pulley rotates, using friction to propel the conveyor belt in a continuous cyclical motion. When material falls onto the conveyor belt from the inlet, it moves forward with the belt until it reaches the outlet for unloading.

The equipment is equipped with bend pulleys to change the conveyor belt's direction of travel. Idler rollers support the conveyor belt and material throughout the entire process, reducing running resistance and ensuring stable belt tension. Simultaneously, adjustable hydraulic outriggers or a mechanical leveling system assist in adjusting the machine's angle. Combined with an adjustable conveyor tilt angle of 0°-20°, it can perform both horizontal conveying and material lifting at different heights.

Universal wheels (high-strength rubber tires/all-steel wheels) give the equipment mobility. After relocation, simple leveling is all that's needed to restart operations. Water spraying and dust suppression device are installed on the belt machine headcover: 4 high-pressure water-gas mixed spray guns are installed and fixed on the lower hopper and the belt machine head cover respectively through flange bolt connection, and 2 on the upper and lower parts, which are symmetrically arranged. The 15m³ water tank, 1m³ gas storage tank, and multistage water pump of the spray system are centrally arranged in the bottom plane 0 of the transfer frame, and the high-pressure water-gas mixing gun is connected up and down through the valve and the main water-gas pipeline.
