En Masse Chain Conveyor

En Masse Chain Conveyor is mainly composed of enclosed section shell, scraper chain, driving device, and tensioning device. Its structure is simple, small in size, good sealing performance. It is worn resistant en masse conveyor in special design to convey coal slag, grain, cement, fertilizer, food, aggregates, or animal food. It also can be used for many industries, such as the metallurgy industry, construction industry to transport dust and ash.

How It Works:

When transporting horizontally, the material is subjected to the thrust of the scraper chain in the running direction.The material is conveyed forward with the scraper chain to form a continuous overall material flow.

When these forces are greater than the friction between the material and the shell wall and the weight of the material, the material forms a continuous overall stream that is lifted.

Product Details:

1 Driving device:The standard configuration adopts the orthogonal shaft reducer and the fluid coupling, and is equipped with a backstop device. Allows the material to remain stable during shutdown.

2 Scraper & Chain:Core hardness is set at 300-400 BHN for strength and ductility.

3 Casing:The head, tail and middle casing of the machine are effectively sealed, which will not cause environmental pollution.

4 Tensioning device:The tensioning device is connected with the tensioning wheel to obtain the necessary initial tension of the traction member to ensure operation of drag conveyor.
