Scraper conveyor has the following requirements for conveying materials:

 1, material bulk density: γ= 0.2-1.8T /m3;

 2, material temperature: T <100°C;

 3, moisture content: for general materials, shall not make the material by hand knead into a group is not easy to loose;  For the increase of moisture content will increase the adhesion and compaction, can not make the material seriously adhere to the scraper.

 4, particle size: the particle size of the material is related to its hardness, particle size is too large, it is not suitable for transportation.  Products such as special needs, our factory can be customized processing!

Scope of application: scraper conveyor is suitable for the temperature below 250° powder, granular, small block and mixed material sealed transport, mainly horizontal transport.  Also can tilt conveying, its maximum conveying Angle is 20°, mainly suitable for all kinds of material conveying, can be applied to mining, metallurgy, coal mine, chemical industry for moisture content without too high requirements of material conveying, particle size in the system is below 300mm.
