Banana Screen Mining mining is designed by the proprietary technology of injecting banana shaped multi-section screen surface on linear vibrating screen. Banana Screen Mining adopts multi-slope screen deck, which has high handling capacity and high screening efficiency.

 

 Banana Screen Mining consists of several sections of screen deck, and the angle of inclination of screen deck gradually decreases from the feeding end to the discharging end.

 When the Banana Screen Mining operation, the feeding end screen surface due to the larger angle, the material into the screen surface with a large acceleration rapidly forward and rapid stratification, materials smaller than the screen holes is in full contact with the screen surface and smooth through the screen.

 The angle of the screen surface at the discharge end is gentle, and the material movement speed gradually slows down, fully allowing the remaining materials smaller than the screen hole to pass through the screen, greatly improving the screening efficiency.
