    The Mineral Sizer adopts a revolutionary crushing concept, achieving material crushing through the combined action of shearing and stretching. It completely breaks through the limitations of traditional crushers that rely on impact and compression.
    This unique working principle can effectively reduce the phenomenon of over-crushing of materials, ensuring uniform and controllable output particle size.
    The equipment features a specially designed tooth structure and optimized rotational speed parameters. During the crushing process, it forms a three-dimensional spatial restriction, significantly reducing the rate of oversized particles.
    Compared to traditional equipment, this crushing method has lower energy consumption and higher efficiency. It is particularly suitable for working environments with strict requirements on output particle size.

     

     

    How Mineral Sizers Work?

     

    Mineral Sizers crusher utilizes the shear force and tensile force between the toothed rollers to break the materials.

     

    Mineral Sizers has two inwardly rotating toothed rollers with replaceable crushing teeth. The most suitable feeding method is by apron feeder or screening equipment, which conveys the material at a uniform rate and distributes it evenly over the toothed rollers.

    1.The mineral is gripped by the leading faces of opposed rotor teeth,and to be subjected to stress under the concentrated load of the rotor teeth.The stress causes mineral to be break along its natural texture.

    2.Mineral is broken in tension by being subjected to a three point loading, which between the front tooth faces on one rotor and rear tooth faces on the other rotor.

    3.For the mineral that has not been fully broken, through the rotor teeth and fixed teeth of the breaker bar can be further broken to ensure the 3d dimension requirements of the discharging material.

    Two independent drive units, each drive units includes: motor, high-speed end coupling, gear box, low-speed end coupling. The high-speed end coupling uses a hydraulic coupling to connect the motor to the gearbox. The gearbox adopts parallel shaft helical gear structure to meet the requirements of power transmission, speed ratio and torque under extreme load of the Mineral Sizers .

    Mineral Sizers housing is designed as a rigid host frame, and the housing is made of cast steel and connected by high strength bolts.     Primary Sizers Toothed Roller

    The feeding granularity of primary sizers is less than or equal to 1500mm and the discharging granularity is less than 300mm. The arrangement of crushing tooth shapes and tooth shapes are arranged by special spiral tooth shapes. The crushing teeth are cast from abrasion resistant and impact resistant alloy steel. Primary Sizer toothed roller has a unique and novel tooth design structure with deep spiral distribution for high productivity. The passing cavities are formed between the two toothed rollers and the side plate body for screening and crushing materials respectively.

    The Feeding size of Secondary sizer less than or equal to 300 mm (a small amount of 400mm is allowed), and the discharging granularity is less than 50mm. The connection form of the teeth plate adopts a single dovetail groove, which is complementary to the bevel of the insert clamping block, and then the crushing tooth plate is installed on the fixing seat of the teeth plate, formed a surface to surface connection, which is tightened and pressed by high-strength bolts. The function of the bolt becomes a fixed insert clamping block, avoiding the problem of the fixed lock bolt breaking, teeth plate falling off or difficult to disassemble and replace.

    01/  Low over-crushing rate

    The Mineral Sizer adopts the principle of shearing and stretching for crushing, combined with a unique spiral tooth design. This enables the material to be crushed along its natural texture, resulting in products that are mostly in a regular shape. Moreover, the over-crushing rate of this crusher is much lower than that of traditional crushers, effectively reducing dust and fine particles, enhancing the economic value of the finished products, and is particularly suitable for scenarios with strict requirements on the material form.

     

    02/ Full coverage of coarse and fine crushing

    We offer both primary and secondary twin-disc crusher models. The primary model has an input size of ≤ 1500mm and an output size of ≤ 300mm. The secondary model has an input size of ≤ 300mm (allowing a small amount of 400mm) and an output size of ≤ 50mm. This can cover the entire production stage from coarse crushing to medium crushing, meeting the crushing needs of different production lines.

     

    03/ High material adaptability

    It can not only handle low-hardness materials such as soft coal, but also crush hard rocks. At the same time, it has excellent compatibility with both wet and dry materials.     05/  Modular design

    The core components of the equipment (such as the toothed rollers and toothed plates) adopt a modular design. The installation and disassembly of the tooth heads are simple. The tooth plates are connected through a single dovetail groove and an insert-type locking block. During replacement, there is no need for complex disassembly, which significantly shortens the maintenance time, reduces labor costs, and minimizes equipment downtime losses.

     

    06/ Built-in overload protection

    Equipped with a self-developed self-aligning drum-shaped gear coupling, which has a shear safety pin on both sides of the semi-couplings. When the tooth roller gets stuck, the counteracting force will instantly cut off the safety pin, disconnecting the tooth roller from the driving device, effectively protecting the driving system and preventing the equipment from being damaged due to overload.
