    Our secondary sizer for coal mining boasts significant advantages in terms of durability. All its core components are made of high-strength and wear-resistant materials.
    The broken tooth plates are made of wear-resistant and impact-resistant alloy steel. They are processed through precise casting and heat treatment processes, with a surface hardness of up to HRC 50-55 and an impact toughness of ≥ 48J/cm². They can effectively resist the wear and impact from coal and gangue. The service life of a single set of tooth plates is no less than 3 years or an overburden volume of 600 million tons.
    The tooth roller shaft is made of 42CrMo alloy steel forgings. After quenching and tempering treatment, it has both strength and toughness, capable of withstanding long-term heavy-load operation.
    The bearings use large clearance self-aligning roller bearings, combined with a dual labyrinth seal + frame fluororubber oil seal protection structure, effectively preventing dust and moisture from entering. The service life of the bearings is over 30,000 hours.
