The crushing teeth are precisely cast and undergo heat treatment processes, with a hardness of HRC45-55 and an impact toughness exceeding 45kg·m/cm². Their service life is significantly superior to that of traditional materials.

Double Teeth Roll Crusher has two inwardly rotating toothed rollers with replaceable crushing teeth. The most suitable feeding method is by apron feeder or screening equipment, which conveys the material at a uniform rate and distributes it evenly over the toothed rollers.

The high-speed end coupling uses a hydraulic coupling to connect the motor to the gearbox. Running Gear
