Round Vibratory Separation

Round Vibratory Separation use upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motors,change circumstance to level,upright ad incline movement,then pass these three movement to the surface of the screen. Adjust the phase angle on the both side of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen.

Round Vibratory Separation also called rotary vibro sifter,vibratory sieve.It can filter the liquid like waste water and waster oil etc,remove the impurity in the material,such as milk powder,rice,corn etc.Classify or grade the mixed powder into different size that you requirement.

Round Vibratory Separation basic principle of vibration screening filter is the heavy hammer (unbalanced heavy hammer) installed in the electrical axis transform the motor's rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three dimensional movement, then this movement passed to the screen surface. By adjusting the upper and lower ends of heavy hammer's phase angle, which can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.
