Gravel incline screen has a circular motion track. It is a multi-layer (usually 1-4 layers), efficient new vibrating screen designed for the screening of different particle sizes of materials. It is especially suitable for heavy, medium and fine screening operations, and is an ideal screening equipment for primary and secondary crushing and finished materials.
Gravel incline screen motors can be installed on the left or right side, and are installed and loaned according to the installation drawings without special requirements. The section box is an optional part. If required by the user, the material box can be supplied. If there is a change in the selection of screen surface inclination requirements, can be designed separately. The base bolt shall be provided by the user.
Working Principle:
The working principle, or work flow of the vibrating screen mainly boils down to the following:
(1)The motor makes the exciter rotating speedily through the V-belt. Besides, the great centrifugal force produced by rotating eccentric block makes the sieve box do circular motion of some amplitude, together with the impulse transmitted through sieve box on the slope surface, which makes the materials on the screen surface successively tossed forward. Thus the classification is achieved in the process of thrown-up as materials with smaller size than the mesh is falling through.
(2) The material on the gravel incline screen surface continuously do approximately circular bouncing tumbling movement, through repeated comparison with the sieve, less than the size of the sieve sieve material through the screen, larger than the size of the sieve material on the screen surface;
(3)According to the gravel incline screen, the size of the screen hole, the final screen is divided into different sizes of materials.
