Performance characteristics:
(1) Structural characteristics: the product structure is driven by a cycloid reducer through the chain to turn the drum, the drum has a big tooth ring and two supporting wheel track, by the four supporting wheels fixed on the screen seat to support the drum, the drum outside has a sealing cover to seal it, no dust spilt, flying phenomenon. Due to the roller in uniform rotation (20 revolutions per minute), the wear of the material on the screen is uniform, and no vibration, stable operation. So the utilization rate of the screen has been greatly improved (generally in more than two years), reducing maintenance costs and reducing operating costs.
