Widely used in coal, metallurgy, construction, food, chemical, electric power and other departments.Through years of unremitting efforts, large dip Angle belt machine lifting height (higher has reached 203m), large conveying capacity (larger has reached 6000t/h), in underground mining engineering, open-pit mining, large dump ships and other parties have been used, and in the domestic blast furnace for steel mills to produce good economic benefits.
Before sidewall belt conveyor test run, electric drum should be added enough lubricating oil according to the provisions.
1. Check the amount of oil inside the drum before use, and the amount of oil should be 2/5 of the diameter of the drum; Check whether the motor wiring is correct (note: the drum is oil-free when leaving the factory).
2. The pulley must be started without load.
3. The pulley first 300 hours after the replacement of lubricating oil (lubricating oil grade: oil cold type plus N46, oil immersion type plus N32 steam turbine oil, can also use N150 load industrial gear oil, equivalent to SAE90 car gear oil, this oil on gear lubrication is better), after every 5000 hours to change oil once and maintenance.
4. Check the oil level regularly, adjust the oil seal spring or replace the oil seal according to the sealing condition.
5. The electric pulley of sidewall belt conveyor electric circuit should be installed with matching overload, lack of phase operation and other protection devices, to avoid burning motor due to circuit failure, resulting in loss.
6. The operating temperature of the sidewall belt conveyor electric pulley should be from -10 ℃ to 40 ℃, the material temperature should be less than 60 ℃, and the altitude should not exceed 1000 meters. If the working environment is beyond the above range, please contact the manufacturer to solve the problem.
