1) Screen shaft, screen pieces and other wearing parts are easy to replace. It is suitable for bituminous coal, anthracite, lignite, coal gangue and other materials.

4) The wear-resistant lining plate is located on both sides of the equipment box, which can effectively avoid direct contact between the box and the material and improve the service life of the equipment; at the same time, the wear-resistant liner and the box are connected with bolts for easy replacement.

8) The end cover of the screen shaft is double sealed with rubber gasket and o-type felt ring to ensure that the box is tight and does not leak coal powder. The bearing seat adopts split structure, and the bearing is lubricated with calcium grease rather than thin oil, which is easy to maintain and repair. Bearing seal type is labyrinth type, there will be no oil leakage; bearing temperature rise is not more than 40℃, bearing temperature is not more than 70℃.

9) The whole machine is made of steel plate with a thickness greater than 10mm to ensure that the box and the base have sufficient stiffness. The welding surface is smooth and smooth, and there are no common defects such as pores, slag inclusion, welding nodules, cracks, etc. The main welding seam should be inspected.

10) Each screen shaft of the coal roller screen is provided with mechanical and electrical double protection, when the equipment is overloaded, the nylon safety pin of the coupling will be cut, and the reducer will play a mechanical protection. In addition, if the screen shaft is blocked, the motor current increases beyond the critical value will send an alarm signal, so as to play an electrical protection.

11) The coal roller screen is started in sequence, that is, the first screen shaft at the exit starts first, and then starts in ascending order, so that the equipment can be started with load when there is coal on the screen surface.

12) The screen shaft and screen have sufficient mechanical strength and stiffness to meet the load starting operation. The material of the screen is zg50mn2, with good wear resistance, the service life of the screen shaft is not less than 10a, and the service life of the screen is not less than 3a.
