Disc Screen

Each screen shaft is driven separately by the motor reducer, that is, each group of screen shafts is equipped with a set of driving devices.

Each screen shaft rotates in the same direction and has overload capacity. Each rotating part rotates flexibly, without blocking phenomenon.

The multi-angle arrangement of the screen shaft is reasonable, and the Angle between the screen shaft and the level in the entrance section of the equipment is 15°, and the Angle between the screen shaft and the level in the exit section is 5°, so that the material layer is evenly distributed after the coal material enters the equipment

The reducer and the disc screen coupling are connected by elastic pin coupling; The failure of any group of screen shafts does not affect the normal operation of the equipment.

The disc screen adopts completely closed structure,no vibration,effectively avoid dust spillover,low noise,energy saving and environmental protection.

The disc screen adopts electrical and mechanical dual protection,with interlock protection function,can achieve manual control and automatic control.

Drive Device

The roller screen is mainly divided into two forms of sin- gle-shaft single-motor independent transmission and multi-shaft chain transmission. The advantage of single shaft single motor drive is that when a single screen shaft fails,the material can use the inertia of the inclined plane to move for-ward over the fault screen shaft under the push of the previous screen shaft and the roller screen can still run. The multi-axis chain drive between the roll- ers adopts the metric chain to achieve the effect of synchronous operation of the same group of rollers. The design has the advantages of simple structure, convenient assembly and disassembly,and low maintenance cost.

Disc

The roller screen sheet is cast with wear-resistant manganese chromium alloy steel,which can cope with the impact and wear of 800mm materials,without any deformation and fracture phenomenon.Screen surface hard- ness HRC55,with good wear resistance,screen shaft service life is not less than 30,000 hours,screen life is notless than 12,000 hours.According to different users' material characteristics,stone flow rate and other pa- rameters,the parabolic roller screen sheet type is de- signed and rounded to eliminate sharp corners,so that the rotation resistance of the roller blade disc is minimized.
