However, the belt is easy to slip during operation, which may lead to screen hole blockage. Besides, the coupling can keep the stable revolution of the vibrator and has a long service life, but it is difficult to adjust the revolution of the vibrator.
Working Principle
When the vibrating screen work, the two motors synchronous reverse rotation of the shaker produce reverse excitation force, forcing the screen body to drive the screen to do longitudinal movement, so that the material on the excitation force and periodically thrown forward a range, so as to complete the material screening operation.
