The most important festival in China throughout the year - the Spring Festival, has now come to a successful conclusion! Our Spring Festival holiday was from February 13th to February 23rd. According to the holiday schedule, February 24th, which was yesterday, the eighth day of the first lunar month, was the first day that all EXCT employees officially returned to work. With a full energy state, they began the new work journey of the year 2026 Horse Year.
On the first day of resuming work, we immediately held a team meeting. There was no unnecessary pleasantries; it was all about the solid work arrangements and achievements sharing for the new year. Many people might think that during the Spring Festival holiday, everyone was enjoying a peaceful celebration and had no time to concern about work. But in fact, our business team never stopped during the holiday and always stayed at their posts, fulfilling their duties. They did not interrupt the connection with clients due to the festive atmosphere, ensuring that every consultation and every demand from clients could be responded to promptly and implemented efficiently. We successfully signed orders with 3 new clients, won the recognition and trust of 2 old clients, and successfully added orders, starting the year 2026 Horse Year with solid performance.
At the meeting, we not only reviewed the work achievements during the holiday, commended outstanding colleagues, but also clarified the key tasks for the resumption of work. For example, to quickly implement the signed orders during the holiday, follow up with potential clients, and break down the annual goals to each individual, ensuring that responsibilities are assigned to individuals and tasks are assigned to positions. After the meeting, everyone quickly entered the working state, performing their duties and following the procedures step by step. Business colleagues were busy sorting out the client list and promoting cooperation, while operation and technical colleagues also got busy.
