Sidewall Conveyor Belt

Sidewall Conveyor Belt with wavy guard is composed of base band, wavy guard and diaphragm. The wavy guard is bonded on both sides of the base band, and the diaphragm is bonded between the two sides according to a certain spacing.  The belt with wavy guard is an important part of the Sidewall Belt Conveyor , which plays the role of pulling and carrying.  Baffle can be divided into T type, TS(B) type, TC type, TCS (B) type and C type diaphragm, according to the conveying material and Angle to choose different baffle model. 

1. The production of cleat adopts special rubber formula and advanced molding process, so that the partition board has high stiffness, wear resistance, and impact resistance. Therefore, it is not easy to deform when the partition plate carries high-density materials.

2. When the partition plate is connected with the retaining edge, the spacing of the partition plate should be considered as an integer multiple of the wave distance. In order to prevent the partition board and guard edge in the change of Angle and through the drum, because the radius of its movement does not match, to prevent the material from the sidewall partition board connection gap leakage and in the discharge caused by the accumulation of dead Angle.
