This set of equipment includes a TP1600-11m Feeder Breaker and a 2PLF100350 Mineral Sizer. After a two-day comprehensive and meticulous static and dynamic inspection, the excellent performance and exquisite manufacturing process of the equipment fully met the standards and were successfully accepted, and will be sent to the project site soon.
Project Background
This client is committed to enhancing the mining and processing efficiency of its open-pit coal mine. The existing production line is no longer capable of meeting the development needs. They need to acquire a crushing solution with extremely high processing capacity, extremely reliable operation, and compliance with coal mine explosion-proof safety standards within a short period of time. Customized Solutions
What we offer to our customers is a seamless first and second-level crushing system. The technical core of this system is as follows:
First-Stage Rough Crushing - TP1600-11m Feeder Breaker:
● Core Task:Directly process raw coal with a particle size of ≤ 800mm.
● Performance Highlights: With a processing capacity of 1,000 tonsper hour and an ultra-long crushing stroke of 11 meters, this equipment can efficiently and continuously crush large pieces of coal, ensuring stable output at 200mm, perfectly preparing for the secondary crushing process.
●Top-Level Configuration: The core drive uses the Flandor B3SH11 gearboxand the Jiamusi 200KW explosion-proof motor. The scraper conveyor also uses the Flandor P2KAZ16-112 gearbox for drive, ensuring stable operation under heavy loads.
Secondary Fine Crushing - 2PLF100350 Mineral Sizer:
● Core Task:To conduct fine crushing on the materials that have undergone primary crushing (with particle size of ≤ 200mm).
● Performance Highlights:Using two large high-strength toothed rollers with a diameter of 1000mm and a length of 3500mm, the material is sheared and compressed. As a result, the final particle size is precisely controlled below 50mm, perfectly meeting the specifications of the customer for the final product.
● Power Core:Two 200KW Jiamusi explosion-proof motors are used in combination with the Flandre H2SH11 transmission to provide powerful and continuous high-yield power. The 2 safety factor design of the entire system offers customers sufficient production capacity guarantee and safety redundancy.
Inspection Site
During the inspection process, the customer's technical expert team was meticulous and conscientious:
► Verify the model plates and factory certificates of all motors and gearboxes, ensuring they are completely consistent with the contractual requirements.
► Measure the tension of the scraper chain of the Feeder Breakerand the operating speed range (0.04 - 0.45 m/s).
► Continuously adjust the gap of the Mineral Sizerand use measuring tools to determine the range of the discharged particle size.
The excellent performance of the equipment, the meticulous assembly process and the transparent quality control procedure have earned frequent praise from the client's technical director.
