If you are looking for a sealed conveying equipment suitable for various types of food raw materials, powder materials and granular materials, then the successful delivery of this Costa Rican food factory expansion project is precisely an embodiment of our production and manufacturing capabilities and service levels.
Recently, the four Tube Chain Conveyors we customized for the large-scale comprehensive enterprise group in Central America, Costa Rica, have all completed meticulous production, strict quality inspection and standardized export packaging. They were officially dispatched in bulk in June and delivered to the customer's site to help the customer successfully complete the capacity upgrade and factory expansion plans.

Project Background
The client for this collaboration is a well-known comprehensive enterprise group in Costa Rica. Their business covers various fields such as food, agriculture, industry, real estate, and energy. They have extensive project experience and industry influence in the Central American market.
As their production capacity continues to expand, the original production line conveying equipment has been unable to meet the current production demands. To further expand production capacity and optimize the production environment in the workshop, the client has initiated a new food plant expansion project, which is designed to convey various granular and powdered raw materials such as whole corn, soybean meal, wheat flour, sugar, salt, and trace components.
Deep Technology Business Communication
Precise Alignment with Customer Requirements
In October last year, the customer initiated a price inquiry for 4 Tubular Drag Conveyors from us. They planned to purchase multiple units to expand the factory and increase the production capacity of the production line.
In response to the customer's requirements for multiple materials, various working conditions, and high cleanliness in food production standards, our technical team conducted one-on-one specialized scheme design. We focused on details such as conveying capacity, material characteristics, pipeline layout, workshop space, dust-proof and sealing performance, and cleanliness convenience, and made multiple rounds of optimization and adjustments to ensure that the scheme fully matched the on-site conditions.
Business Negotiation
After 2-3 months of intensive technical communication and business coordination, the customer fully recognized the professionalism of our solution, the manufacturing precision of the equipment, and the production delivery capabilities. On January 2026, both parties officially signed a purchase contract, confirming the purchase of 4 custom-made tube chain conveyors to fully support the expansion project of this food factory.
Precision Manufacturing And Strict Quality Control
After the contract was signed, we immediately started production and strictly followed the international production standards and the technical agreements confirmed by both parties to carry out the production process.
In response to the characteristics of food raw material transportation, we focused on optimizing the equipment's sealed structure, chain material, body flatness, and residue prevention design. This effectively prevented dust leakage, material moisture damage, and other issues.
In addition, before each device leaves the factory, it undergoes multiple quality control processes such as no-load trial operation, sealingity testing, and component verification.
From the body welding, component assembly to the overall machine debugging, each process is strictly controlled layer by layer to ensure the stability, cleanliness, and durability of the equipment.

Standardized Packaging
Considering the long transportation distance, high humidity and strong vibrations of ocean shipping, we have adopted a professional packaging plan.
Special protective measures are taken for key parts such as the main unit, pipelines, driving components, and chain accessories to prevent rust, moisture, and collision. Fragile small items are encapsulated in separate wooden boxes, and all are labeled throughout the process to ensure the complete arrival of the equipment at the site.
At present, all 4 Tube Chain Conveyors have completed packaging, counting, and loading. They were successfully dispatched to the Costa Rica project site in June.
In the future, we will continue to follow up on the logistics progress, coordinate customs clearance documents, and provide remote installation guidance to provide customers with full-cycle supporting services.

Advantages Of Tube Chain Conveyor
Fully Enclosed Dust-Free Transportation
The entire machine adopts a closed structure, with no dust leakage. This can improve the workshop environment, eliminate material waste and pollution, and is highly suitable for the high-standard production requirements of the food industry.
Multi-Material Conveying
It can stably convey various materials such as granules, powders, and small blocks simultaneously, and is perfectly suitable for the conveying conditions of customers' corn, soybean meal, sugar and salt.
Flexible Layout
It can adopt various layout forms including horizontal, inclined and three-dimensional multi-dimensional transportation, which is highly suitable for the complex pipeline layout of expanded factories and helps customers optimize the production line in the workshop.
Multiple Material Input And Output
Due to the unique structure of the tubular conveyor body, it can achieve multiple material input through multiple input ports and multiple material output through multiple output ports, and the material level is accurate.
Long Conveying Distance
Depending on the different feeding conditions, the distances between the import points can be more than 10 meters apart. The horizontal conveying distance can reach up to 80 meters, and the lifting height can be 40 meters.
Low Wear Design
The equipment operates at a smooth speed, with static or low-speed friction between the materials and the pipes, chain plates, reducing the sources of material fragmentation and dust generation. At the same time, the design of the wear-resistant components minimizes equipment wear and prevents the generation of impurity dust due to component wear.
The successful delivery of the tube chain conveyor project in Costa Rica marks another significant benchmark case for us in the food, grain, and agricultural transportation equipment market in Central America. In the future, we will assist more overseas food processing plants in achieving capacity upgrading, green production, and efficient operation.
