Wam Screw Conveyor

Wam Screw Conveyor offers a variety of solutions for conveying granular and powdery materials. It consists of motor, reducer, casing, screw blade, shaft and other parts. Screw blade rotates around a shaft, the material can be conveying uniformly during the casing. The shaft Wam Screw Conveyor and shaftless Wam Screw Conveyor can be selected according to the features of material. From the casing shape, Wam Screw Conveyor can be divided into U type Screw Conveyor and pipe screw conveyor.

Wam Screw Conveyor usually consists of three parts: the screw conveyor body, the inlet and outlet device and the driving device.

Wam Screw Conveyor body is composed of head section, middle section and tail section. Under normal circumstances, the middle sections are arranged in sequence according to the length during the final assembly, the longest middle section is close to the head section, and the middle sections of the same length are next to each other. If there are special requirements, the order will be given when ordering.So as to compensate the error of the length of the screw shaft and adapt to the temperature change. There are two types of helicoids: solid helix (S method) and belt helix (D method). Flange connection and spline connection are adopted between the screw shafts, which ensures the interchangeability of the connecting shafts and is convenient for maintenance.

1. Conveyor structure is simple, small cross-sectional area, small installation volume, suitable for narrow installation space.

2. After surface hardening treatment, the hardness and wear resistance of continuous spiral blades are twice higher than that of the ordinary blade, and the hardness of the outer edge is up to HB240.

3. Whole sealing structure, without pollution, working environment are improved.

4. The surface is painted with baking varnish, which has good surface smoothness, easy scrubbing, moisture resistance and fire resistance.

5. Screw conveyor adopts thickened steel plate, and high-quality steel is durable.
