Impact Rollers

Impact rollers are used as carrying rollers instead of normal steel rollers at a loading point.  On steel roller there are rubber rings assembled, side by side, to absorb the weight and impact of material falling onto the belt.  At the same time impact rollers reduce the shock and vibration through the steel structure.

Impact idler surface by heat curing rubber surface, and it has a wear-resistant，impact resistance, .anti-aging It also has noise-free , anti-static , high flexibility , self-lubricating tear conveyor belt，reducing resistance suitable for long distance transport to reduce energy consumption and other notable features

Rollers are designed for smooth rotation, low noise, and long service life.
· Diameter range: 76 mm to 219 mm, other diameters available on your request.
· Pipe length: 100mm to 3000 mm.
· Water proof and dust proof.
· Each roller come out through strict inspection and test to ensure high level quality.
· Roller Surface Colour : Any colour as per customer request.

Structure and Feature:

1. Bearing: deep groove ball and double sealing bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance;

2. Sealing: multi-stage labyrinth seals achieve waterproof and dust proof

3. Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors, grease is a permanent lubricant.

4. Color: roller surface could be painted any color as per customer request.

5. Each roller would be through strict inspection and test to ensure every outcoming roller is of truly high quality;
