1, Bucket elevator must be firmly installed on a solid concrete foundation. The surface of the concrete foundation should be smooth and horizontal to ensure that the bucket elevator can meet the vertical requirements after installation.

Load test can be carried out after 2 hours of idle operation when everything is normal. Feeding should be uniform during load test to prevent too much feeding, blocking the lower part of the "stuffy car".
Maintenance items

2, can not be reversed. The phenomenon of chain derailment may occur in reverse, and it is very troublesome to eliminate the derailment fault.
3. Feed evenly. Do not increase feed amount suddenly. The feeding quantity should not exceed the conveying capacity of the hoist. Otherwise, it is easy to cause serious accumulation of materials at the bottom of the "stuffy car" accident.
