Application:
Installation instructions：
1. Pns-i two-stage Sway Switch base has A ф 12mm hole on both sides, drill a ф 12mm hole on the belt machine bracket, tighten the deviation switch with M10×40mm screws. If the mounting bracket is selected, please fix the mounting bracket on the belt machine bracket by welding, as shown in the installation schematic diagram.
2, the installation of the Sway Switch should be selected at the location where the conveying device is prone to deviation, refer to the application unit process requirements, and consider the effective spacing and thrust between the belt and the gear wheel. It is recommended that the installation distance between the belt and the gear wheel be 120-160mm (belt bandwidth 10%, see the installation diagram for details).
3. Installation distance: it is recommended to install a pair (two) of Sway Switch every 50 meters.
4. When the Sway Switch is delivered from the factory, it is equipped with a four-core rubber cable with a length of 0.5m. The core wire is equipped with line numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4, wherein 1 and 2 are normally open contacts and level 1 alarm signal, and 3 and 4 are normally closed contacts and level 2 stop signal.
